Our Private Kindergarten program provides a full day of academic education Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. The full day of care (6:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.) is included in tuition. Our small class size (average of less than 17 students) and full day program, allows for small group and individual time to meet each student’s strengths and weaknesses. We also offer a half day Private Kindergarten program with busing to several local elementary schools. Children spend either their morning or afternoon at the public-school kindergarten program and spend the other half of the day integrated into our Private Kindergarten program. We currently offer busing to the following elementary schools in the Cherry Creek School District: Fox Hollow, Peakview, Rolling Hills, Trails West, and Indian Ridge. The core curriculum areas are reading, writing, and mathematics. We use the following curriculum programs in the Kindergarten class: Reading A to Z, Butterfly Park Phonics, Bridges in Mathematics, Science A to Z, and Social Studies Alive!. Our curriculum programs meet and/or exceed the state of Colorado educational standards for Kindergarten. Field trips to the local library are conducted bi-monthly. Our Kindergarten teacher, is highly qualified in teaching Kindergarten and ensures the children are prepared for first grade and beyond. Our Private Kindergarten classrooms follow the traditional school-year calendar based on the Cherry Creek School District. We recognize all major holidays, many teacher in-service days, as well as fall, winter, spring, and summer breaks. During these times, camp days are offered with no Kindergarten instruction. Field trips to fun and exciting places are offered during camp weeks.
“My child continually comes home excited about school.
He is excited to go, loves his teacher and his friends.”
